Well, here I am at home again. The jet-lag has gone, so has the holiday-damaged tooth gone - extracted before the jet-lag had gone, but all's well and I'm getting my notes organised, to tell you all about the wonderful eating I indulged in whilst in Australia.
One thing I've eaten and enjoyed, was the organic Sourdough bread Dan kept at home. Its great and for me, there were no after-effects which was great!
Now, where might I buy a similar loaf of bread in Oxfordshire! Does anyone know???
